Flavour.
Culture.
No Chaser.
The Flavour Report is an independent print and digital publication exploring the evolving world of flavour through spirits, cocktails, culinary, and culture. With bold storytelling, industry insights, and a focus on design, each issue dives deep into what’s shaping how we drink today and what’s coming next. Smart, spirited, and never boring, it’s made for flavour obsessives and the curious alike.
Based in Canada but made for everyone.
Flavour Report 03: The Colour of Flavour explores the space between what’s in the glass and what we believe is there. From the botanicals that naturally tint our drinks to the multi-sensory ways we experience flavour, we’re looking at how perception shapes taste, and how breaking those expectations can open up entirely new ways of understanding it.
Colour is often the first cue we’re given. It shapes expectation, suggests flavour, and, more often than we realize, tells us what we think we’re about to taste. But as you’ll see throughout these pages, flavour doesn’t always follow the rules we assign to it.
Flavour Report 02: Flavour is Place explores how geography, climate, and culture shape what we taste, revealing the landscapes, traditions, and local hands that give every spirit its sense of belonging. Designed as a visually immersive edition, it features taste profiles for over 70 spirits, regional distillery maps, and botanical libraries that celebrate the artistry of place. More than just a magazine, it’s a coffee-table companion and back-bar resource made to spark conversation, curiosity, and connection.
Flavour Report 01: Flavour is Connection explores how taste brings people together, linking memory, culture, and craft through the shared language of flavour. From the traditions that shape our palates to the innovations redefining how we drink, this debut edition celebrates the human side of spirits. Designed as a sensory-rich introduction to The Flavour Report, it features storytelling, tasting insights, and visual explorations that bridge science and emotion, creating a collectible, conversation-starting publication.
